Society for the Performing Arts' 13th Annual Student Visual Art Contest displays artwork from students throughout the Houston area from K-12. These students had the opportunity to showcase their talents and win prizes while learning more about the performing arts.
Visual art on paper, including photography, was judged on creativity, skill and interpretation of the theme "Exploring the Fabric of Our World: What are we made of?" The theme was inspired by France’s Contemporary Dance Ensemble Compagnie La Baraka.
The exhibition is on display through March 31.
