Social Beer Garden will present an evening celebrating Asian culture and raising money for a great cause. There will be a live lion dance performance at 5 and 7 pm, Dance of Asian America showcase, spoken word and poetry, artists, food trucks, live DJs, artisan vendors, a charity raffle with great prizes, and children's crafts and activities.
A portion of the nights proceeds will go to Dance of Asian America and Soaring Phoenix Dragon & Lion Dance Association, which are are both local nonprofits in Houston. The funds will be used to help promote cultural awareness through the arts.
