In the spirit of the local food movement, executive chef Shannen Tune offers a five-course dinner that features hand-selected cuts of local Heritage Hog paired with Yellow Rose Whiskey. The menu includes roasted belly, smoked ribs, cochon tamales with Kahlua braised shoulder and more.
