A topping out party is a ceremony that celebrates the overall completion of a building's structure by placing a tree or branch on the highest point. Guests are asked to bring a donation of recycled materials that can be used by the artists to embellish the park, such as colorful ceramics, shells, broken pottery, kitchen utensils, marbles — anything not affected by weather. That means no wood or plastic.

Guests will enjoy music by The Hightailers and beer donated by Saint Arnold Brewing Co.
