When a Canadian officer remarked that "women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized," it launched a series of SlutWalks worldwide to protest the mentality of blaming the victim rather than the perpetrator for assault crimes. Now, it's Houston's turn to join the fight.

Sluts, allies and friends, men included, are invited to dress in their slutty or Sunday best to walk united and proclaim that no one deserves to be a victim of assault, regardless of attire.
