Talento Bilingüe de Houston's annual luncheon honors former councilmember John Castillo and features a crew of celebrity waiters taking care of guests' every need. To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, guests will be treated to a short one-act play, an art exhibit by José Rodriguez and gourmet food by El Jardin.
