Each chef in the Signature Chef Series will host a dinner featuring their own carefully crafted, exclusive menu of specialties, along with their personal section of wine pairings. Guests will be able to engage exclusively with the chef and his team.

Chef Frank Lewis' five-course menu includes:

Steak Tartare
With Dijon mustard sauce, quail egg and Parmesan crostini.
Pairing: Francis Ford Coppola, Sofia Rose.

Chardonnay Poached Pear Salad
Bibb lettuce, blue cheese and toasted walnuts.
Pairing: The Crossings, Sauvignon Blanc.

Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops
With Beef Short Rib Gnocchi.
Pairing: Charles Smith, Boom Boom, Syrah.

Peppercorn Crusted Prime New York Strip
With bourbon au poivre sauce and upland cress.
Pairing: Chappellet, Mountain Cuvee.

Traditional New York Cheese Cake
Served with fresh berries.
Pairing: Taylor Fladgate, Late Bottle Vintage Porto.
