Sicardi Ayers Bacino presents "John Sparagana: Splendid Isolation (Forces at Work)" and "Manuel Espinosa and Luis Tomasello" opening reception

"John Sparagana: Splendid Isolation (Forces at Work)" is a solo exhibition that will take place in the main gallery and is designed by Reto Geiser, Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the Rice University School of Architecture and founding principal of the Houston-based design practice MG&Co. Text written by John Corbett, co-founder of Corbett vs Dempsey and professor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) will accompany the exhibition.

"Manuel Espinosa and Luis Tomasello" is a group exhibition will take place in the upstairs project room. A wall mural by Luis Tomasello that has never been on view will be part of the exhibition that includes vintage paintings and works on paper by both of the artists. Text by Paris-based art historian and curator Matthieu Poirier will accompany the exhibition.

Following the opening reception, these exhibits will be on display until March 3.
