The card is available for $50 with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting the American Heart Association, an organization whose mission is to promote healthier lives free of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

Cards will be available for purchase at shopwithheart.org through April 6 and at participating retailers beginning April 6.
