Share Our Strength's "Taste of the Nation Houston" is a culinary benefit supporting the effort to end childhood hunger in the country.

This year, Taste of the Nation Houston is taking the fight to end childhood hunger back outside. After several successful years inside The Houstonian Hotel, the event is moving the original garden party back under a beautiful oak tree. Attendees will spend the evening strolling, sipping and socializing with fellow Houstonians on the lawn, while raising money to fight hunger.

The silent auction, Plinko for Hunger game and wine basket raffle give everyone a chance to contribute to the event's beneficiaries, which include The Houston Food Bank, Kids' Meals Houston, the Center for Public Priorities and Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry Campaign.
