Kristina Van Dyke, curator of the new Menil exhibition The Progress of Love, and Mahen Bonetti, film-series curator, discuss experience of love in Africa — and the ideas that have inspired both. Joining Van Dyke and Bonetti in exploring the current state of contemporary art and film from Africa is the Nigerian filmmaker Andrew Dosunmu, whose 2010 feature Restless City, opens the film series the following night at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
