Kata Robata has assembled an elite cast of Houston chefs for a night of fierce and friendly competition. Each chef/team will prepare a whole suckling pig to battle it out for bragging rights and the title of Houston's Pig Throwdown King. Attendees will also have a chance to vote for the People's Choice Champion, who will take home the coveted Golden Pig Trophy. And since all that piggin' out is going to make guests thirsty, beer will be provided by 8th Wonder Brewery and Saint Arnold Brewing Company.

In addition, a full bar with cocktails, hand-crafted by award-winning bartender and restaurateur Bobby Heugel of Anvil Refuge + Bar will be available for purchase. A portion of the proceeds will benefit local charity organization OKRA.
