Houston Public Library invites the community to celebrate books, languages and cultures with storytelling, music and lots of fun activities at HPL Express Discovery Green. The program is presented by Houston Public Library, Arte Público Press, Discovery Green and Writers in the Schools.

Everyone will be entertained with award-winning author Monica Brown as she reads and performs for attendees. Joining in the festivities with a special literary sing-a-long will be Arte Público Press founder and director Nicolás Kanellos, as he introduces a beloved Latin American children's folk song about a singing frog.
