Screening of Expanded Cinema at the Planetarium

The CAMH, Aurora Picture Show and the Houston Museum of Natural Science co-present a unique, multiple-projection planetarium event incorporating rarely seen, mind-expanding, experimental films made in the 1960s and early 1970s. This special planetarium event brings a selection of pioneering experimental media works, world’s fair films and light shows of the era into the sphere. The program includes rarely seen, mind-expanding films made by media art pioneers including Stan VanDerBeek, John Whitney and Nam Jun Paik.
