When David Wojnarowicz's Fire in My Belly was removed from a current exhibition at the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery, it incited a national conversation on censorship in American museums. Contemporary Arts Museum Houston director Bill Arning has orchestrated a screening of the 13-minute footage at the Freed Auditorium at the Glassell School of Art. A panel discussion will follow.
