The 2011 24 Hour Film Race will be challenging filmmakers everywhere to create short films in just 24 hours from April 29-30, and Houston is a participating city in the competition. This premiere screening and competition will serve to decide who will represent Houston against other top films from other cities.
CultureMap's own Regina Scruggs will be a judge.
