When Hans Molzberger was 11 years old, he found a book called Mein Fliegerleben, printed in 1936 as propaganda, in the attic of his parents' house. The book is the story of a German World War I pilot who, after the war, flew around the world, met pilots from England, France, the U.S and became friends with them.
Almost 50 years later, Molzberger found the book in an antique bookstore. His woodblocks and sculptures are based on those images.
On view through March 28.
