Benjy's is brewing up an exquisite evening with Saint Arnold Brewing Company. Executive chef Mike Potowski skillfully demonstrates how specialty ale can complement and intensify dishes, such as the flavor of Sweet Tea Brined Pork and Local Shrimp and Blue Crab. Each course has been created to pair amber, wheat, brown and pale ale. The evening will also feature an in-depth discussion with Saint Arnold founder/brewer, Brock Wagner.
