Ruth's Chris Steak House partners with Penfolds to celebrate the inaugural release of a brand new Bin, Penfolds Bin 9. In addition, Penfolds hosts will unveil the stories behind each of the Bin numbers on four additional allocated Bins, all paired in a five course dinner.

The menu includes:

First course
Coconut-lemongrass red curry shrimp
Pairing: Bin 51 Riesling, Eden Valley

Second course
Butternut squash bisque with pumpkin seed oil, sage crème, roasted pepitas
Pairing: Bin 311 Chardonnay, Tumbarumba

Third course
Slow braised lamb and eggplant roulade with red wine reduction and root vegetables
Pairing: Bin 8 Cabernet Shiraz, South Australia

Fourth course
Six-ounce filet with bacon-shallot-coffee jam served sizzling with smokehouse mashed potatoes and fresh green beans with roasted garlic
Pairing: Bin 9 Cabernet Sauvignon, South Australia

Fifth course
Bleu cheese soufflé with bittersweet chocolate dipped pretzel
Pairing: Bin 128 Shiraz, Coonawarra
