Ruth's Chris Steak House partners with Penfolds to celebrate the inaugural release of a brand new Bin, Penfolds Bin 9. In addition, Penfolds hosts will unveil the stories behind each of the Bin numbers on four additional allocated Bins, all paired in a five course dinner.

First course
Coconut-lemongrass red curry shrimp

Second course
Butternut squash bisque with pumpkin seed oil, sage crème, roasted pepitas

Third course
Slow braised lamb and eggplant roulade with red wine reduction and root vegetables

Fourth course
Six-ounce filet with bacon-shallot-coffee jam served sizzling with smokehouse mashed potatoes and fresh green beans with roasted garlic

Bleu cheese soufflé with bittersweet chocolate dipped pretzel
