The exhibition of Maksim Koloskov’s sketches, collectively titled “This is Houston,” comes to its end. The exhibit’s opening was a huge success, no doubt due to Maksim’s talent and personable, charismatic personality.  The popularity of his sketches has endured after its opening, quickly becoming one of the most popular exhibitions ever hosted here at Russian Cultural Center.

Koloskov depicts daily life in Houston, in all its peculiarities, through the lens of his own vastly original and unique style. Anyone who could not attend the opening should not miss the chance to meet him during the closing reception, where he will be ready to answer questions about his work.
