Columbia professor and Tibet House co-founder Robert Thurman and Insight Meditation teacher and best-selling author Sharon Salzberg will lead a community workshop based on their new book, Love Your Enemies: How to Break the Anger Habit and Be a Whole Lot Happier. The workshop will be moderated by Anne Klein and Harvey Aronson, founders of Dawn Mountain, and will take place in the Rothko Chapel, as well as being available via interactive webcast.
Tenzin Robert Thurman is a professor of Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Studies at Columbia University and the author of Inner Revolution and other popular books. He is president and co-founder of Tibet House US.
Sharon Salzberg co-founded the Insight Meditation Society and has been teaching meditation for more than 30 years. She is the author of the New York Times bestseller Real Happiness and, most recently, Real Happiness at Work.
Anne C. Klein is professor of Religious Studies at Rice University and author of Meeting the Great Bliss Queen. Harvey Aronson is a psychotherapist in private practice and author of Buddhist Practice on Western Ground.
