At the 28th Annual Shrimp Boil, thousands of pounds of shrimp will be served to raise funds for breast cancer healthcare. The annual event is the oldest and largest fundraiser for The Rose, the leading nonprofit healthcare organization in Southeast Texas, which has served nearly 500,000 people over the last 30 years.

Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy The Rose’s unique tradition complete with plates packed with shrimp and “all the fixin’s,” a kids zone, live and silent auctions, desserts, musical entertainment provided by The Slags and more. For the second year in a row, 104.1 KRBE’s Freddy Cruz will emcee the event.
