Roost will host a Valentine's Day three-course dinner with champagne.
The menu will include:
Course One, Choice of:
- Endive Salad with candied pecans, roasted beet, Point Reyes blue cheese and cider vinaigrette
- Fried Oysters Rockefeller with creamed mustard greens, bacon and cheese crumbs
- Grilled Octopus salad with pickled onions, citrus, passion fruit dressing and spiced nuts
Course Two, Choice of:
- Gulf Shrimp n’ Grits via Spain with chorizo & orange relish, shrimp stock and espellete chili
- Roasted Hudson Valley Duck Breast with date & acorn squash hash and pomegranate jus
- Seared fish of the day with local mixed pea cassoulet, country ham and blistered tomato pot likker
- Smoked Roast Beef with savory bread pudding, garlic wilted greens and natural jus

- Coffee & donut holes, crushed pistachios, salted caramel, coffee ice cream
- Strawberry “pie”, almond custard, chocolate sauce, cocoa nibs, toasted almonds
