Roost presents Valentine’s Day Dinner

Roost will host a Valentine's Day three-course dinner with champagne.

The menu will include:

Course One, Choice of:

  • Endive Salad with candied pecans, roasted beet, Point Reyes blue cheese and cider vinaigrette
  • Fried Oysters Rockefeller with creamed mustard greens, bacon and cheese crumbs
  • Grilled Octopus salad with pickled onions, citrus, passion fruit dressing and spiced nuts

Course Two, Choice of:

  • Gulf Shrimp n’ Grits via Spain with chorizo & orange relish, shrimp stock and espellete chili
  • Roasted Hudson Valley Duck Breast with date & acorn squash hash and pomegranate jus
  • Seared fish of the day with local mixed pea cassoulet, country ham and blistered tomato pot likker
  • Smoked Roast Beef with savory bread pudding, garlic wilted greens and natural jus

Course Three, Choice of:

  • Coffee & donut holes, crushed pistachios, salted caramel, coffee ice cream
  • Strawberry “pie”, almond custard, chocolate sauce, cocoa nibs, toasted almonds
