The "King Stays King" concert tour celebrates the launch of Romeo Santos' solo career after his years of leading the bachata group Aventura. Santos played a key role in Aventura's string of chart-topping hits and took Dominican Republic's bachata music and rhythms from "best-kept secret" to a dominant genre in Latin music.
