REO Speedwagon originated with two college friends from the University of Illinois in 1967. The band signed with an unknown manager who later guided the Eagles and Steely Dan to multi-platinum success. The band went through a couple of lead guitarists before landing with Kevin Cronin in 1972. Cronin helped the band reach its peak in the late '70s and '80s. In the last three years, REO Speedwagon has toured with iconic classic rock legends such at Pat Benatar and Styx.

Doors open at 6:45 p.m.; performers usually take the stage between 9 and 9:30 p.m.
