At ROCO Resound: Savor!, guests can savor a selection of wines, plus bites by Chef Soren Pedersen, as ROCO explore the commissions and composers of their 21st season through pairings of musical and gastronomic flavors.
Led by sommelier and ROCO board member Mike Muña, guests will enjoy a curated wine tasting while learning more about a few of their new commissioned works for the upcoming season, as their composers join in person and virtually from all over the country.
