James Beard award-winning chef and author Robb Walsh will be front and center at the JCI Grill Westheimer location to sign copies of his newest top-selling project, The Chili Cookbook – A History of the One-Pot Classic.
This latest book from the prolific writer is all about chili – not just Texas chili but everything from Hungarian goulash and huevos rancheros to vegetarian chili and chili with beans. It even offers a tip of the hat to James Coney Island’s own famous chili which has been served in Houston since 1923.
