River Oaks District presents Lunar New Year Celebration

River Oaks District will celebrate the Lunar New Year with a variety of activities. The Traveling Spirit Bar will be serving complimentary Lunar New Year Cocktails & Mocktails, there will be complimentary calligraphy happening in the Park, and there will be a full celebratory performance by Soaring Phoenix featuring a large Dragon Dance performance complete with acrobats, stilt walkers and traditional costumes.
