River Oaks District and Le Colonial will celebrate the Lunar New Year Lunar with two enchanting dragon dancing performances produced by local non-profit organization, Soaring Phoenix. The 45-minute performances will be adjacent to the District’s central plaza (across from Toulouse Café & Bar) at 3 pm, followed by a second performance held throughout Le Colonial’s restaurant.
