The River Oaks Chamber Orchestra will celebrate the Mexican “Day of the Dead” with its annual Musical and Literary Ofrenda. This free five-way collaboration will find ROCO partnering with Lawndale, Musiqa, Inprint, and the Houston Hispanic Forum. The five original musical “ofrendas” (offerings) are woven amongst four original prose texts by Inprint authors, surrounded by the retablos (altarpieces) on display at Lawndale.
