Celebrate Cinco de Mayo and shop for Mother’s Day while enjoying brews, light bites and a live street art demonstration during Rice Village’s first-ever “Cinco de Madre” Beer Walk.
Guests will receive a take-home commemorative glass to enjoy beer tastings provided by Saint Arnold Brewing Company and a gift bag with exclusive offers from retailers including Pomp and Circumstance, Lily Rain, Bath and Body Works, and more. Donations will be collected at the event, next door to Le Creuset and Ann Taylor, with proceeds benefiting The Graffiti Street Art Museum of Texas.
Cinco de Madre shoppers also can gather between New York & Company and Black Walnut Café for a live street art demonstration by Founder of Aerosol Warfare, Mario Enrique Figueroa, Jr., better known as GONZO247. The graffiti artist, widely known for his famous “Houston Is…” mural and the Downtown Public Library Parking Garage mural, will present his artwork while completing an exclusive new mural for Rice Village.
