There is something for every level and interest for the home cook — from beginner and advanced knife skills class to proper braise, sear and roast techniques to jams and sausage making. Every class promises to be intimate with space limited to 12 participants, with students working in small groups of three. These informative, fun and tasty classes will include feasting on creations at the end of each class.

Reservations can be made by emailing paula@revivalmarket.com.  Reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis; participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Cooking from her latest book, Marinades: The Quick-Fix Way to Turn Everyday Food Into Exceptional Fare, Vaserfirer will guide the class through the steps to create a multi-course Tex-Mex feast at home using unique marinades as the base for each course. Each student will also receive a signed copy of her book as part of the class price ($95).

July 27, 5:30-7:30 p.m. — Braise, Sear, Roast: Cooking Basics with Revival Market with general manager Carlos Meltzer
