Those who've had a cocktail at Coltivare or Revival Market already know that Morgan Weber makes a darn good drink. Weber offers hands-on cocktail classes at Revival Market. His first class, "How to Drink Like an Adult" (Sept. 14), will include a brief history of booze and what it means to appreciate a well-crafted cocktail. Instructions on the necessary tools and spirits to stock a home bar will be followed by an exploration of the four basic mixing methods used to make a good cocktail. Students will be encouraged to taste their creations to improve their techniques and will leave with recipes from the class.

A second class, "How to Drink Like an Adult and Impress your Neighbors" (Oct. 12), moves beyond the basics of pouring, shaking and stirring and into some great tips for home entertaining. On the syllabus are Gin Fizzes, Party Punches, Aging Eggnog and how to craft your own Bitters. Students will leave with recipes and a swag bag.
