This fun-filled inspiring evening supports Results Houston in its quest to save children's lives through vaccines. Keynote speaker Kul Gautam of Nepal has served as assistant general of the United Nations and executive director of UNICEF. Widely recognized for his tireless work for peace and human rights, he has received both the Audrey Hepburn Humanitarian Award and the Martin Luther King Jr. Social Justice Award for Lifetime Achievement.

The Seeds of Hope honoree is singer-songwriter Sara Hickman, an alumna of the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. Hickman has won many awards for both her music and her humanitarian work. With songs such as "We are Each Other's Angels," she encourages a loving response to the needs of others, especially the world's poorest children.
