Red Bull's international mixed-style dance competition, Red Bull Dance Your Style, will host a special city qualifier in Houston.
Considered one of the world’s foremost dance competitions, Red Bull Dance Your Style features a 16-person bracket-style tournament with dancers representing diverse forms of dance styles battling head-to-head alongside of the Lone Star State’s top talent.
The group of dancers will battle against one another as the event’s official DJ – Houston’s own Bruce Wayne and Donnie Houston – spins popular commercial tracks and radio hits, while randomly selecting different genres song-by-song to test each dancer’s ability to adapt their dance styles to the rhythm of the beat.
Unique to the Red Bull Dance Your Style fan experience, this event will also allow the audience to ultimately decide who will be named as champion with crowd cheers and read aloud in real-time by the event’s official hosts including Houston’s very own Le’Don and media personality Ohavia Phillips.
