Rainbow Lodge presents Mexico Wine Tasting

Rainbow Lodge's Mexico wine tasting event will give participants a chance to taste wines from neighbors south of the border, each paired with Chef Mark's lodge fare. This is a casual, walk-around tasting.

The following wines and fares will be featured:

  • Casa Madero, Rosé - Cabernet Sauvignon, Parras Valley, Coahuila with Sautéed Gulf Shrimp Verazruzano
  • Santo Tomás, Misión 13 - ​Carignan, Tempranillo, ​Ensenada, Baja California with Orzo Salad with Smoked and Pickled Mushroom
  • Pavo Real - Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera, Valle de Guadelupe, Baja California with Chili Braised Buffalo Brisket over Creamy Grits
  • Casa Madero - Cabernet Sauvignon, Parras Valley, Coahuila with ​Piloncillo Caramel Flan
