Presented by Buffalo Bayou Art Park and sponsored by American Institute of Architects Houston, the rain barrel art competition invites art and environmental enthusiasts to turn a rain barrel into a work of art, which will then be appraised by a panel of judges. Simultaneously, the event will offer a truckload sale on rain barrels and compost bins. The event will be held in Parking Lot "C" at Minute Maid Park.
