Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Houston will host the James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour Dinner, a multi-course beverage-pairing dinner created by five of Houston’s top chefs.
Featured chefs will be Quattro’s Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese; Robert Del Grande, a James Beard Award winner of Bar Annie & RDG; Manabu Horiuchi (Chef Hori) from Kata Robata; Hugo Ortega of Hugo’s Restaurant, Backstreet Café, and Caracol; and Marie LeNôtre from the Culinary Institute LeNôtre.
