Inspired by Argentinian Osvaldo Golijov's Lúa descolorida, Quartus Chamber Players' second concert, titled "Colorless Moon," will feature the alluring and charismatic soprano Misha Penton in a performance of songs inspired by poems.
The evening performance will carry you out of this world as the music tells of love and abandonment. Joined by pianist Kyle Evans, the program will include Faure's La Bonne Chanson, Ernest Chausson's Chanson Perpetuelle and Nino Rota's Il Presepio. Quartus will also perform Golijov's Tenebrae for string quartet.
