"In Pursuit of Balance" is a curated wine and food event that brings together the best in California pinot noir alongside Texas restaurants, including Underbelly, FT33, Pappas, Pass and Provisions and others. The event is a walk-around tasting from 6-9 p.m., with 31 wineries pouring their chards and pinots, and nine top Texas restaurants serving small bites.
Wineries include Littorai, Au Bon Climat, Failla, Mount Eden, Matthiasson, Hirsch, Hanzell and many others.
