PS I Love You makes a stop in Houston before heading to South by Southwest where the band is featured in the official showcase. Singer/guitarist Paul Saulnier's riffs bring to mind indie rock legend Dinosaur Jr., though he cites heavier bands like Megadeath and Slayer as influences.

The founder and former one-man-band explains the maudlin moniker, "It's based on a name from some friends of mine in Kingston. My initials are P.S. - Paul Saulnier - so it's kind of a joke because I was known for being a sappy guy, so PS I Love You was a funny thing to call me, I guess."
