Round 39: Looking Back, Moving Forward and Block Party celebrates the 20 year anniversary of Project Row Houses with music, food trucks, vendors, children's activities and games, artists' talks and art installations.

The exhibition Looking Back, Moving Forward is inspired by Andy Warhol's 1969 exhibition Raid the Icebox I, which took place at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence. Project Row Houses public art director asked five artists to go through the organization's archive and use its resources as a springboard to create site-specific installations based on the findings.

Looking Back, Moving Forward includes the work of Houston based artists Jamal Cyrus in collaboration with Ray Carrington Jr., Troy Gooden, Lovie Olivia and New York based artists Valerie Piraino and Jessica Vaughn.
