At the Sundance Cinemas, Austin-based nonprofit Texas Freedom Network (TFN) will host a special premier screening of The Revisionaries — a new, award-winning documentary about the Texas Education Agency and the partisan politics surrounding the state's bruising textbook battles in 2010. The screening includes a Q & A session with director Scott Thurman and TFN president Kathy Miller, who is featured in the film.
Tickets for the premiere are $25 with proceeds benefitting the Texas Freedom Network. All other screenings at Sundance will be at the theater's regular ticket price.
