Neiman Marcus presents the spring 2011 trunk show of up-and-coming designer Prabal Gurung. First lady Michelle Obama has worn his designs and he's also been featured on the cover of Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, Elle, and Vanity Fair. Gurung's sophisticated spring collection is a kaleidoscope of  color. It was influenced by Maggie Betts’s documentary, which was filmed in rural Africa. "I believe that women should always look sharp, chic and allow their clothes to reflect who they are in some way or another," Gurung says.
