Golfstrømmen’s Executive Chef Christopher Haatfut will be flying in from Norway and bringing his acclaimed seafood outpost, Lysverket, along with him for a one-week gastronomic takeover. The pop-up will include nightly dinners at Golfstrømmen alongside brunch offerings that will bookend the week of evening festivities. The dining session will feature a special vegetable-centric dinner with Urban Harvest.

Only 24 seats are available and all proceeds will benefit Urban Harvest; an organization that oversees a network of 140 affiliate gardens, manages the largest farmers market in the region, and operates a mobile farmers market that serves low-income, low access neighborhoods in the Houston area.
