MasterChef season four contestant James Nelson and the Bravado Spice team are taking over Royal Oak. On the menu are:

  • Honey Sriracha Wings (honey, lime, soy and sriracha)
  • Wings with Seoul (Korean chili, sesame oil, gochujang, rice wine vinegar and soy)
  • Five Spice Ribs with Hoisin glaze (Chinese five spice, ghost pepper powder, hoisin/sriracha glaze)
  • Garlic Ribs with Korean Chili Glaze (garlic rub, ssamjang glaze)
  • BBQ Pork Flatbread (Slow cooked pulled pork, Chinese chive, mozzarella, ssamjang)
  • Kimchi Flatbread (Kimchi, mozzarella, radish, scallion, Korean chive, ssamjang)
  • Rice Dumplings with Chive Salad (Chili broth, split chive, scallion, sesame)
  • Peanut Butter Tart (Peanut butter mousse, tropical fruit)
