Ouisie's Table Restaurant hosts a wine-pairing dinner featuring two of Napa Valley's finest wineries. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the wine dinner will feature seven exceptional wines by PlumpJack Winery and Cade Winery.
First course
Rare Ahi Tuna on Taro Root Chip, Caviar with wasabi sauce, Kobe Beef Tenderloin Crostini.
Pairing: Bubbles by Schramsberg.
Second course
Warm Duck Breast Salad.
Pairing: PlumpJack Chardonnay.
Third course
Pan Seared Wahoo Filet with soy-orange beurre blanc and warm chickpea salad.
Pairing: Cade Sauvignon Blanc.
Fourth course
Foie Gras and Bacon Wrapped Dates filled with blue cheese and candied pecans served on toasted brioche.
Pairing: PlumpJack Syrah.
Fifth course
Buffalo Moroccan Tagine made with braised buffalo tenderloin, caramelized apricots and prunes, sesame seeds, served with saffron and herbs new potatoes.
Pairing: Cade Cabernet and PlumbJack Cabernet.
Dessert
Choice of Creamy Caramel Mousse atop Moist Chocolate Cake topped with chocolate ganache or Raspberries Tartlet with mango ice sorbet.
Pairing: Terra d’Oro Zinfandel Port.
