This year’s luncheon, themed “Standing Strong with Texas Women,” will be celebrating the 44th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision. Senator Wendy Davis will be the keynote speaker and Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, will be the honored guest to introduce Senator Davis.
