Cuts of Beef marinated and slow-braised in a pepper purée and served atop an island of savory red beans and rice. Fried rings of plantain round out the dish.

Quatros Leches Cake
A take on the Latin-American desert with the addition of coconut milk. White cake is soaked in a sweet mixture of four types of milk and drizzled with a tart pear reduction.
